Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Participants in the AI group watched two AI-generated ASMR videos, each approximately 1.5 minutes long, created using Gemini's video generation mode.

Morning scenario: shower sounds , washing fruit , cutting fruit , serving breakfast , buttering toast , gravel sounds (walking)

Night scenario: shower sounds , keyboard typing , pencil writing , flipping book pages Interventions/Control_2 - Participants in the human-created video group watched two ASMR videos, each approximately 1.5 minutes long, recorded with a video camera and edited with the InShot application. The video content matched that of the AI group.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - University students aged 18 years or older enrolled in a university in Shizuoka Prefecture who provided informed consent to participate in the study. Key exclusion criteria - Individuals who have discomfort with ASMR video viewing or have a history of psychiatric disorders. Target Size - 10
