Objective: Narrative objectives1 - With increasing demand for gastrointestinal endoscopy, work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) among endoscopy professionals have been increasingly reported. However, comprehensive global data on WMSDs, work practices, work environment, and the implementation of educational/preventive measures remain limited. Therefore, in collaboration with the World Endoscopy Organization (WEO), this international cross-sectional survey aims to elucidate the current status of WMSDs and work environment among gastrointestinal endoscopists and to provide a foundation for prevention strategies and international comparisons. Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Gastrointestinal endoscopists aged 20 years or older who provide consent on the online form. Key exclusion criteria - None. Target Size - 500
