Eligibility: Age-lower limit - Not applicable Age-upper limit - 100 years-old >= Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Patients with Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD): Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for ADPKD as defined in the Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Clinical Practice Guidelines 2020. eGFR>=16mL/min/1.73m2 Key exclusion criteria - Patients receiving kidney replacement therapy (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or post-kidney transplantation) Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion in the study by the principal investigator for any other reason Target Size - 3000
