Eligibility: Age-lower limit - Not applicable Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Patients with biological borderline resectable pancreatic cancer with elevated CA19-9 levels (>500 U/mL) who underwent pancreatic resection following neoadjuvant therapy between January 1 2012 and December 31 2023. Key exclusion criteria - Patients who opted out of participation in this study. Target Size - 220
