Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to exploratorily investigate the association between sympathetic nervous system- and beta-adrenergic receptor-related biomarkers, heart rate trajectory, left ventricular remodeling indices, and heart failure-related events, with a focus on beta-blocker therapy, in patients after acute myocardial infarction. Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent. Patients diagnosed Acute myocardial infarction introduced to beta-blocker. Patients who have been fully informed of the study and who have given written consent of their own free will. Key exclusion criteria - Patients with significantly poor medication adherence Patients with advanced cancer Patients with a history of autoimmune disease. Patients deemed inappropriate by the attending physician, etc. Target Size - 100
