Narrative objectives1 - This study retrospectively investigates the pain course of patients who received oral medication treatment in our department, particularly those who were not properly prescribed oral medication.

Age-lower limit - 39
years-old

Key inclusion criteria - Patients referred for shingles-related pain between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2025
Key exclusion criteria - More than 12 weeks have passed since the referral.
The patient is regularly prescribed NSAIDs, acetaminophen, and tramadol.
