Objective: Narrative objectives1 - Noncore and Comprehensive learning that enables children to acquire valuable skills and practical knowledge. Whereas the hospital-based education targeting traditional core subjects have shown a significant development, the interdisciplinary, project-based, and comprehensive learning as well as physical educations seems to be overlooked to date because of the requisite of medical treatment and nonspecialty of educational professionals on medicine and rehabilitation. For children undergoing long-term treatment including cancer, chronic disease management, and post-surgical recovery the opportunity for comprehensive learning is highly limited or not otherwise have access due to their illness and limited physical mobility. Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 4 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Eligibility criteria on the Population-Concept-Context framework was Population, hospitalized children between 4-15 at any diseases; Concept, non-core subject educa-tional intervention which does not include diversional ones; Context, noncore ed-ucational intervention during inpatient medical treatment. We included a report of specific or novel practice of certain methodology in implementing noncore subject, comprehensive or integrated education during hospitalization rather than the core subjects like mathematics, language, or so-cial studies, which are generally possible at the hospital room. Play-based intervention was accepted if it was targeting smaller age group and conveying educational context. On the other hand, we excluded the interventions to enable the inpatient children to participate in the general classroom using Internet of Things devices, as long as those intervention lacks the viewpoint of education and just focusing on participation and mental stability. Also, reports on theoretical framework lacking substantial prac-tice were excluded. Key exclusion criteria - Exclusion criteria were core subject education, lack of educational context, lack of real practice and interven-tions targeting late teens.
