Objective: Narrative objectives1 - In Japan, under the Stress Check Program mandated by the Industrial Safety and Health Act, employers are required to implement appropriate work-related measures for workers who are classified as high stress. However, empirical research has not examined which psychosocial factors-such as occupational stressors, workplace support, and stress coping strategies-are associated with high-stress classification among workers who exhibit neurodevelopmental traits, including symptoms of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This study will focus on workers with ADHD and/or ASD symptoms and will examine the effects of occupational stressors, workplace support, and stress coping strategies on high-stress classification. Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1. Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and have provided written informed consent to participate 2. Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of study participation 3. Individuals who reported being currently employed in the screening survey 4. Individuals who were identified as having ADHD symptoms or ASD symptoms in the screening survey Key exclusion criteria - None. Target Size - 3000
