Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Using an AI chatbot, participants engage in a conversation about "something good that happened today" once a day for one month. Interventions/Control_2 - Nothing will be provided for waiting-list controls.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Employees working more than 20 hours per week Key exclusion criteria - (1) Not on administrative leave (2) Not having been diagnosed with a mental health disorder (3) Not a student (4) Japanese is the language used in everyday conversation.
