Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Selection Criteria: Martial Arts Practitioners Individuals who regularly practice martial arts Aged 18 to 70 Mindfulness Training Practitioners Aged 18 to 70 Key exclusion criteria - Individuals who, even if they had previously practiced martial arts or mindfulness, are not practicing martial arts or mindfulness at the time of the study. Target Size - 100
