Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - The community-level survey on abortion stigma will target university students and high school school nurses in the Kanto region of Japan. The individual-level survey on abortion stigma will be conducted through interviews with women who have had abortions and medical professionals who provide abortions. Additionally, a questionnaire survey will be conducted among adult women who have had abortions and register with an online survey company. Key exclusion criteria - under 18 years Target Size - 1000
