Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - This study will conduct a questionnaire survey to clarify the current status of job duties among diet and nutrition teachers and school dietitians working in Hokkaido, aiming to provide support that enables them to fully exercise their expected professional expertise. Furthermore, based on the survey results, an interview-based qualitative study will be carried out to gain a more in-depth understanding of the challenges diet and nutrition teachers face, with the ultimate goal of developing support measures that empower them to maximize their professional expertise.
