Tokyo, March 13 -- UMIN Clinical Trials Registry (UMIN-CTR) received information related to the study (UMIN000060915) titled 'Comparison of the Accuracy of AI-Based Markerless Motion Analysis and Optical Motion Capture' on March 12.

Study Type: Observational

Primary Sponsor: Institute - Hokkaido University

Condition: Condition - Healthy adults Classification by malignancy - Others Genomic information - NO

Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to evaluate the measurement accuracy of AI-based markerless motion analysis. In healthy adults, kinematic parameters obtained from AI-based markerless motion analysis will be compared with those obtained from optical motion capture under the same experimental conditions to examine the validity, advantages, and limitations of AI-based markerless motion analysis. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1. Healthy adults aged 18 years or older

2. Individuals with no history of neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting movement

3. Individuals who provide written informed consent to participate in the study

4. Individuals capable of safely performing the required joint movements and functional tasks Key exclusion criteria - 1. Individuals with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that may affect movement

2. Individuals with pain or limited range of motion in the upper limbs, neck, trunk, or lower limbs that interferes with performing the study tasks

3. Individuals with acute injuries or medical conditions restricting physical movement during the study period

4. Individuals judged by the investigators to be unsuitable for participation in the study Target Size - 30

Recruitment Status: Recruitment status - Preinitiation Date of protocol fixation - 2026 Year 03 Month 12 Day Anticipated trial start date - 2026 Year 04 Month 01 Day Last follow-up date - 2028 Year 03 Month 31 Day
