Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - 30-second standing and sitting exercises after a meal
Interventions/Control_2 - 5-minute standing and sitting exercises after a meal

Key inclusion criteria - Blood glucose level of 140 mg/dL or higher 60 minutes after a glucose load
Key exclusion criteria - Diabetes and other conditions that limit physical activity
