Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The aim of this study is to examine the short-term effects of pulmonary tele-rehabilitation on physical activity levels and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), as well as to evaluate their adherence to the system. Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Pulmonary tele-rehabilitation will be conducted four times in total, approximately once every two weeks (40 minutes per session), with the schedule adjusted to accommodate each participant's availability.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - Not applicable Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - GOLD stage II or higher according to the COPD guidelines of the Japanese Respiratory Society Key exclusion criteria - Individuals who have received pulmonary rehabilitation within the past six months Individuals who have been hospitalized within the past three months Individuals diagnosed with dementia Individuals with visual impairments that prevent them from viewing a tablet screen Individuals with hearing impairments that prevent them from hearing audio content Individuals deemed unsuitable for study participation by the principal investigator for any other reason Target Size - 10
