Narrative objectives1 - The objective of this study is to determine the difference in the onset time of neuromuscular blockade between the left and right upper limbs in hemodialysis patients.

Key inclusion criteria - The study will include patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis who are scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia. The control group will include non-hemodialysis patients with an ASA Physical Status of I or II who are scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia and do not have conditions that may affect the onset of neuromuscular blockade, including neuromuscular disorders, peripheral neuropathy, or impaired upper-limb perfusion.
Key exclusion criteria - Patients who do not provide informed consent to participate in the study
