Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - The study will include patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis who are scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia. The control group will include non-hemodialysis patients with an ASA Physical Status of I or II who are scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia and do not have conditions that may affect the onset of neuromuscular blockade, including neuromuscular disorders, peripheral neuropathy, or impaired upper-limb perfusion. Key exclusion criteria - Patients who do not provide informed consent to participate in the study Patients younger than 18 years of age Patients with neuromuscular disorders Target Size - 40
