Key inclusion criteria - Patients diagnosed with jaw deformities who underwent multi-segment maxillary osteotomy at Showa Medical University Dental Hospital between April 1, 2023, and October 31, 2026, and for whom bone graft positioning was performed using two splints and a real-time navigation system.
Key exclusion criteria - Patients with cleft lip and palate.
Patients in whom jaw deformity is considered a symptom of a systemic disease.
Patients in whom bone fragments may have shifted due to trauma or other causes prior to the postoperative CT scan.
