Narrative objectives1 - This study aims to evaluate, in a multicenter setting, whether a snare with a distal tip provides superior resection ability compared with conventional snares commonly used for cold snare polypectomy to colorectal polyps.

Key inclusion criteria - Patients who visited participating institutions and were scheduled to undergo colonoscopy between September 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027.
Key exclusion criteria - patients in whom polypectomy is not feasible
