Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to comprehensively review the current state of communication regarding the disclosure of hereditary tumors between parents and children, and to provide insights that will serve as a guide for future research on supportive approaches. Eligibility: Age-lower limit - Not applicable Age-upper limit - 18 years-old > Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Inclusion Criteria 1)Studies related to communication and support regarding the disclosure of hereditary tumors to children will be included. 2)No restrictions will be placed on study design. 3)Studies written in English or languages that the authors can accurately review will be included. 4)Relevant literature will be manually searched, and all non-duplicated studies meeting the criteria will be included in this scoping review. Key exclusion criteria - 1)Studies for which only the title and abstract are available, and the full text cannot be accessed, will be excluded. 2)Studies including data from participants aged 18 years or older will be excluded if 20% or more of the participants are 18 years old or above.
