Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of force- and velocity-oriented warm-up on squat jump performance and force-velocity profiles in male athletes.
Basic objectives2 - Efficacy
Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - Force-oriented warm-up: after a 5-minute general warm-up, participants perform back squats at 85-90% 1RM, 2 repetitions for 2 sets.
Velocity-oriented warm-up: after a 5-minute general warm-up, participants perform band-assisted jumps with 30% body-weight assistance, 5 repetitions for 3 sets.
General warm-up control condition: participants perform a 5-minute general warm-up.
Eligibility:
Age-lower limit - 18
years-old

Gender - Male
Key inclusion criteria - Healthy male athletes aged 18-39 years
Able to provide written informed consent
Perform resistance training at least once per week
Key exclusion criteria - Lower extremity or spinal injury within the previous 6 months
History of lower extremity or spinal surgery
Pain during squat or jump tasks
