Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to establish a database of patients who underwent surgery for lung cancer at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, University of Toyama Hospital, and to investigate factors associated with surgical outcomes, perioperative management, and prognosis. Furthermore, this database is intended to contribute to future improvements in the quality of lung cancer care and to the development of a clinical research infrastructure. Eligibility: Age-lower limit - Not applicable Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Cases of lung cancer who underwent surgery at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Toyama University Hospital, from January 1, 2022, within the research period. Key exclusion criteria - The following cases will be excluded from this study: Surgical cases for diseases other than lung cancer Cases with insufficient medical record information, making it difficult to collect the necessary information for the study Cases in which the patient has requested refusal to have their information used for the study Target Size - 2000
