Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Specific methods to increase motivation to continue radio calisthenics 1. Determine the scope of radio calisthenics (at the start) 2. Providing information on radio calisthenics broadcast schedules (at the start) 3. Request that cohabitants participate together (at the start) 4. Recording the implementation record (for six months) 5. Providing incentives at the time of implementation (on the 3rd and 6th month)

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 40 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Subjects aged 40 years or older Patients with chronic respiratory disease Key exclusion criteria - Patients who have had an exacerbation of underlying chronic respiratory disease requiring hospitalization within the past 3 months Patients with serious acute illnesses other than chronic respiratory diseases Patients whose physical activity is severely restricted due to diseases other than chronic respiratory diseases (neuromuscular diseases, severe bone or joint diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.) Patients who are judged by their doctor to be unable to participate in the study Target Size - 30
