Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The aim of this study is to investigate the implementation status of paid volunteer activities by older adults requiring long-term care in day care and community-based day care service providers and to identify factors associated with implementation and related challenges. Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Day care service providers and community-based day care service providers listed in publicly available data from the Long-term Care Service Information Disclosure System and randomly selected according to the proportion of facilities in each prefecture. Respondents are facility directors or managers. Key exclusion criteria - Dementia day care service providers and therapeutic day care service providers listed in the Long-term Care Service Information Disclosure System will be excluded. Duplicate facilities and responses with missing data on key survey items will also be excluded from the analysis. Target Size - 200
