Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - To develop and evaluate the educational effectiveness of a program focused on VAD selection competency and MC insertion skills for nurses who have completed the Japanese Specified Medical Acts Training program.

Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - An educational program intervention will be conducted on vascular access device (VAD) selection and midline catheter (ML) insertion.
Eligibility:
Age-lower limit - 23
years-old
Gender - Male and Female
Key inclusion criteria - Individuals who provided written informed consent of their own free will after receiving sufficient explanation and demonstrating adequate understanding
Those who have completed the specified medical act training program for the insertion of a peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC)
Those with experience of more than 15 PICC insertions
Those who are able to participate in all sessions of the e-learning, skills training, and OSCE
Key exclusion criteria - Individuals who have already received formal education on VAD selection, such as the Michigan Appropriateness Guide for Intravenous Catheters
Individuals who are unable to participate in the entire educational program
Individuals deemed unable to undergo an objective evaluation of educational effectiveness
Individuals who refuse to participate in the study
