Narrative objectives1 - This study aimed to develop an educational program that combines e-learning materials with stage-matched email support to promote health-related behaviors among women aged 18 to 29 who experience menstrual pain that disrupts daily life, and to evaluate its effectiveness.

Key inclusion criteria - Women who experience menstrual pain that disrupts daily life
Key exclusion criteria - ･History of gynecological visits for menstrual pain as the chief complaint
･Gynecological visit within the past six months
･Ongoing gynecological care
･History of endometriosis, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, ovarian cysts, and/or secondary dysmenorrhea
･Current use of oral contraceptive pills
･Participation in the pilot trial
･Inability to understand Japanese
