Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To influence midwives' perceptions of men as parents and develop a training program for midwives to support fathers in acquiring their parental roles. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - One-day training session. Share the current state of midwives' support for men becoming fathers. Learn about the circumstances surrounding fathers and the need for support to encourage their role acquisition. Learn about the roles expected of midwives. Conduct group discussions and role-playing exercises.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 22 years-old = Gender - Female Key inclusion criteria - Individuals who hold midwifery qualifications and work in hospitals and clinics Key exclusion criteria - Individuals not employed as midwives at hospitals or clinics Target Size - 30
