Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to develop an advance care planning (ACP) education program for adult children with elderly parents, aiming to help them overcome the barriers they perceive in carrying out ACP with their parents and to enhance their behavioral intention to engage in ACP together with their parents. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - An ACP educational program consisting of a lecture and group discussion will be implemented to promote behavioral intention to engage in ACP with one's elderly parent.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 35 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Japanese national An individual whose father, mother, father-in-law, or mother-in-law is 65 years of age or older An individual whose daily living area is within a government-designated city or a core city Key exclusion criteria - An individual whose parent(s) reside outside Japan Target Size - 35
