Key exclusion criteria - Individuals experiencing pain that interferes with daily life, individuals with typical physical disabilities such as cerebrovascular disorders or rheumatoid arthritis, individuals with a history of fractures in the lumbar region, pregnant individuals, and individuals with pacemakers
