Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - (1) Patients aged 18 years or older (2) Cancer patients with locally advanced or metastatic disease diagnosed by histological, cytological, or clinical means (3) Patients admitted to a palliative care unit or palliative care bed Key exclusion criteria - (1) Patients scheduled for transfer or discharge (2) Patients who have expressed refusal to participate in this study to the patient or family (3) Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the attending physician Target Size - 1000
