Narrative objectives1 - This study aims to clarify the effects of a short-duration bodyweight exercise program implemented during lunchtime in the workplace on physical fitness, body composition, physical activity levels, and psychological health indicators among workers.

Interventions/Control_1 - In the workplace setting, a short-duration bodyweight training program will be conducted during lunchtime, consisting of 15-minute sessions three times per week over a 12-week period.
