Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male Key inclusion criteria - Individuals with no neuromuscular, internal medical, or orthopedic disorders; those with no habitual medication use or smoking history; and those who do not belong to an athletic clubs. Key exclusion criteria - Individuals who have neuromuscular, internal medical, or orthopedic disorders; those who habitually take medication or have a history of smoking; and those who belong to an elite athletic clubs.
