Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - Participants ingested caffeinated coffee 60-min before exercise.
Interventions/Control_2 - Participants ingested decaffeinated coffee 60-min before exercise.

years-old
Gender - Female
Key inclusion criteria - 1.Participants who provided informed consent to participate in this study.
2.Participants who had been taking oral contraceptives for at least 6 months prior to the start of the study.
3.Participants who were sedentary (i.e., 30kg/m2).
