Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - To implement an intervention designed to facilitate meaning-making and reinterpretation of mission-related traumatic events, and to evaluate its effectiveness in promoting PTG among JSDF personnel.
Basic objectives2 - Efficacy
Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - A group intervention will be conducted based on the curriculum proposed by Tedecshi & Bret(2016). The program consists of psychoeducation on PTG, exploration of PTG facilitators, and the development of narratives of traumatic events.
Interventions/Control_2 - For the waiting-list control group, data collection via questionnaires will be conducted at the same time points as the intervention group, followed by implementation of the same program.
