The comfortable temperature is determined by confirming which of the three temperatures of 43 degree, 46 degree, or 49 degree is most comfortable. Participants are asked to select the most comfortable stimulation method, either point or area. For point stimulation, the device is applied to the skin for 3 seconds and then immediately removed, repeated three times.
