Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of a twelve-session care competency enhancement program for community residents and to examine the preliminary intervention effects on participants' caregiving abilities through a pre- and post-intervention comparison. Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - The intervention group will participate in 12 sessions of a care competency enhancement program. Each session will last for one hour. The program is designed to improve knowledge and skills related to caregiving through lectures and group discussions.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Community-dwelling residents who wish to participate in the program.

Individuals aged 18 years and older.

Individuals who can attend the 12-session program. Key exclusion criteria - Individuals under the age of 18 Target Size - 15
