Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of a twelve-session care competency enhancement program for community residents and to examine the preliminary intervention effects on participants' caregiving abilities through a pre- and post-intervention comparison.

Interventions/Control_1 - The intervention group will participate in 12 sessions of a care competency enhancement program. Each session will last for one hour. The program is designed to improve knowledge and skills related to caregiving through lectures and group discussions.
