Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of feedback augmented with a physical activity visualization tool, compared with conventional numeric-only feedback, in older adults using a long-term care prevention program (Day Service Type C). Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 65 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Users of the Long-Term Care Prevention and Daily Life Support Service Program (Day Service Type C) Aged 65 years or older Individuals whose stage in Prochaska's Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change is at least the contemplation stage (i.e., intending to take action toward behavior change within the next 6 months) Individuals certified as requiring support level 1 or 2 (Yo-shien 1 or 2), or those who meet at least one criterion on the Basic Checklist (Kihon Checklist) Key exclusion criteria - Individuals who have previously participated in a long-term care prevention program or have received physical activity feedback from healthcare professionals Individuals with a Dementia Independence Degree for Daily Living of II or higher Target Size - 44
