Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of a personal health record intervention on physical frailty in older peoples through a randomized controlled trial. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - PHR group: Self-management using a smartphone application. Participants use a smartphone application to record daily data such as body weight, blood pressure, number of steps, and meals. The PHR group receives advice messages for frailty treatment via a smartphone application. The intervention period is 6 months. Interventions/Control_2 - Not using smartphone apps for self-management

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 65 years-old

Gender - Female Key inclusion criteria - Aged 65 to 84 Female J-CHS score of 1 point or higher (pre frail, and frail) Able to use a smartphone Key exclusion criteria - Non-pre frail, and non-frail Target Size - 60
