Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the daily frequency of habitual stretching (once vs. twice per day) on blood pressures in middle-aged and older adults.

Key inclusion criteria - Middle-aged and older men and women aged 50-80 years who did not meet any of the exclusion criteria will be selected.
Key exclusion criteria - 1) Subjects with serious illnesses that contraindicate stretching exercise (cardiovascular disease, renal failure, severe obesity, orthopedic disorders, etc.)
2) Subjects who are visiting a hospital or taking medication for psychiatric disorders such as depression
3) Subjects with a pacemaker
4) Subjects deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the principal investigator or research staff
