Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Go/No-go tasks are performed before and after anaerobic exercise to observe changes in Nogo potentials using EEG and NIRS. Interventions/Control_2 - Go/No-go tasks are performed before and after resting condition to observe changes in Nogo potentials using EEG and NIRS.
