Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1.Healthy adults who are non-smokers and non-medicators and who currently play competitive karuta 2.Individuals who have received a full explanation of the study, fully understood the explanation, and agreed to participate in the study in writing Key exclusion criteria - 1.People who smoke and take medication 2.People who have been advised by a doctor to stop exercising due to injury Target Size - 12
