Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1. Undergraduate students of the School of Health Sciences, Fukushima Medical University. 2. Not diagnosed with any orthopedic or neurological disorders at the time of study participation and implementation. 3. Provided informed consent to participate in this study. Key exclusion criteria - 1. Individuals aged 65 years or older at the time of obtaining informed consent. 2. Individuals experiencing neck or low back pain at the time of study participation and implementation. 3. Individuals with dermatological diseases under treatment in the head, cervical, lumbar, or dorsal regions at the time of study participation and implementation. Target Size - 34
