Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to scientifically clarify the effects of nanomist saunas and exercise on physical activity levels, the cardiovascular system, metabolism, and psychological health, and to explore their potential application as physical therapy.

3)Individuals who have consented to participate in this research
Key exclusion criteria - 1)Fever, bacterial infection, acute inflammatory disease, acute myocardial infarction, severe hypertension, pregnancy or menstruation, severe anemia, purpura (individuals with bleeding factors), undergoing dialysis
2)Being 85 years of age or older
