Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 40 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Healthy men and women aged 40 to 55 years Individuals with no regular exercise habits for the past 2 years Individuals with a BMI between 18.5 and 30.0 kg/m2 Individuals who can participate in a 3-month exercise program consisting of 3 sessions per week during the study period Individuals who provide written informed consent to participate in the study Key exclusion criteria - Individuals who do not provide informed consent Individuals who are medically restricted/prohibited from exercising Individuals currently participating in other clinical studies Individuals otherwise deemed unsuitable for study participation by the investigators Target Size - 30
