Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of light touch contact (LT), induced by subtle vibratory stimulation applied to the fingertip, on standing postural control in healthy young adults and community-dwelling older adults, and to characterize the brain activity associated with LT-induced postural stabilization. In addition, by comparing young and older adults, this study aims to clarify age-related changes in the postural stabilization effects of LT and their underlying neurophysiological mechanisms. Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Healthy young adults or community-dwelling older adults Individuals who are able to perform the standing task specified in the study protocol Individuals who have received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and procedures of the study and provided written informed consent to participate Key exclusion criteria - Individuals who are unable to maintain an eyes-closed, feet-together standing position for 60 seconds Individuals with a history of neurological disease Target Size - 600
