Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 60 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Free from metabolic or musculoskeletal disorders Key exclusion criteria - History of resistance training, current smoking, or a body mass index >30 kg/m^2. Who had initiated antihypertensive medication within the past 1 month, or glucose-lowering or lipid-lowering medications within the past 3 months prior to study enrollment. Target Size - 60
