Eligibility:
Age-lower limit - 20
years-old

Gender - Male and Female
Key inclusion criteria - 1. Healthy males and females aged 20 to 40
2. Those whose Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of less than 6
3. Native Japanese speakers
Key exclusion criteria - 1. Individuals with serious illnesses under treatment or a history of mental illness.
2. Individuals judged to have sleep problems by the principal investigator or researchers (doctors) at Shiga University of Medical Science.
3. Individuals taking medication or supplements related to sleep.
4. Individuals unable to stay for 3 days and 2 nights.
5. Individuals planning to drive (including bicycles and scooters) or engage in other hazardous activities on the day of the test.
6. Individuals consuming excessive alcohol (more than 20g of pure alcohol per day on average).
7. Individuals with a smoking habit (those who have smoked daily or occasionally in the past three months).
8. Individuals unable to get at least 6 hours of sleep per day from one week before the test until the test day, due to night shifts, etc.
9. Individuals with sleep disorders (those whose Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of 6 or higher).
