Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To objectively evaluate the effects of thoracic cage stretching on oxygen uptake during exercise and thoracic cage mobility, and to verify the significance of performing thoracic cage stretching before exercise. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Intervention group: Performs three types of thoracic stretches (trunk rotation, thoracic extension, thoracic rotation). Trunk and thoracic rotation stretches are performed 5 times on each side for 10 seconds. Thoracic extension stretches are performed 5 times for 10 seconds. Interventions/Control_2 - Control group: 10 minutes of quiet sitting.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - Not applicable Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male Key inclusion criteria - Healthy adult males Key exclusion criteria - Individuals with respiratory diseases, heart disease, or painful orthopedic conditions of the thoracic cage, and those for whom written consent cannot be obtained.
