Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - To evaluate consciousness, dietary habits, and behavioral changes regarding vegetables and salads before and after a workshop promoting salad intake for young adults (university students) using a questionnaire, and to quantify vegetable intake levels using a non-invasive device to verify how changes in consciousness link to actual intake status.
Basic objectives2 - Efficacy
Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - Under the common goal of "specific methods to encourage university students to consume more salads," each group of subjects will design investigation themes from unique perspectives and conduct group work aimed at solving problems (3 sessions within lecture hours).
