Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Adults aged 20 or older Provided informed consent Able to understand Japanese Engaged in horse racing at least once in the past month Key exclusion criteria - individuals who were currently receiving treatment for gambling problems and had been advised by their attending physician to refrain from participating in the study; individuals who would have difficulty completing the survey without assistance from others during participation; and individuals who withdrew their consent to the purpose of the study.
