Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To develop and implement an educational training program designed to enhance occupational health nurses' competency for involvement in workplace health policy decision-making processes and to evaluate its effects. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - An educational training program centered on case-based learning using a fictitious company. Before the live sessions, participants view ten on-demand videos (approximately 10 minutes each) and complete assignments using a workplace health initiative planning worksheet. Two 120-minute live online sessions are conducted via Zoom, covering identification of key health issues and their causes, development of an initiative plan, presentations to decision makers, and peer feedback. Questionnaires are administered before, immediately after, and one month after training.
